about M365 Authentication

The authentication Infrastracture is the foundation for using the business system provided by Denso, and has the following characteristics.

• The account used for authentication is called the "M365 account".
  You can already use your account as it is in your business system.
  For procedures such as obtaining an account, please refer to the procedure in the menu.
  1. For Denso Group employees

     M365 Accounts issued within Denso Group
  2. For partners working at Denso Group

     M365 Accounts issued within Denso Group
  3. For other companies

     M365 accounts you use in-house contracted with Microsoft.
     Alternatively, a Microsoft account that Microsoft offers free of charge.
     About Microsoft accounts (external sites)
• If you are signed in to your PC with your account, you can automatically log in to the business system.
  (If you are not signed in to your PC, enter your M365 account and password on the login form.)
• Available in business systems compatible with M365 authentication.
• There is a business system that controls access. Follow the instructions on each system.

Account policy

An account policy refers to rules about id expiration and password expiration.
For Denso Group employees and partners, we comply with our policy for M365 accounts (AD user accounts) in the group. Please check there for details.
Other companies comply with their own policies or microsoft-designated policies.
