How to reset your password

You can reset your password by the following methods.

Self-Service Password Reset（SSPR） Recommended

With SSPR, you can immediately reset your password from the web without support if you forget your password.

Let's get ready
What to prepare
  • Smartphone, your own PC or company PC
  • Telephone number (personal number or company phone number)
  • Personal email address other than the company
  • Secret questions and answers

How to register
  1. Sign in to M365 and then access the following URL.
    https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/passwordreset/register.aspx
  2. Follow the instructions to authenticate your password and set up your registration.
  3. Save the following URL to your smartphone or PC in case you use SSPR.
