2. Microsoft's error screen appears when accessing the system.

  • Solution
    1. Password is wrong.
    Please re-enter the correct password. If you don't know your password or forgot your password, click "Forgot my password" on the screen to reset your password.
    2. M365 account you entered is wrong.
    Please re-enter the correct M365 account.
    3. Already got M365 account, but the authentication procedure for using the system (the association between M365 account and DSC-ID) has not been proceeded.
